HOW IS STRATEGIC STAGES DIFFERENT FROM OTHER HOME STAGERS AND ORGANIZERS?

IS HOME STAGING COSTLY AND CAN YOU USE EXISTING HOME FURNISHINGS?
Most of the sellers I work with spend less than 1% of their list price on staging provided there aren’t major needed repairs, significant painting or large landscaping projects to undertake. Home staging is usually much less expensive than price reductions. In most instances I use much of what sellers already have. Frequently, staging a home for sale involves scaling back some furniture, decorative objects and personal collections while blending existing furniture and accessories to maximize visual and physical space.
WHY IS IT SO IMPORTANT TO HIRE A HOME STAGER?
Staged homes tend to sell faster and at a higher price than comparable, unstaged homes. They are less likely to require price reductions. Staged homes help buyers imagine their desired lifestyle in a home. Buyers will frequently overlook a home’s shortcomings if staged to sell professionally.
WILL YOU TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS AND HOW DO YOU PROTECT A CLIENTS PRIVACY?
I try to take before and after photos so we can see the results. This is a great way to benchmark our progress and also celebrate what we have achieved. Sometimes I use these photos for marketing purposes but will not use them without your prior permission. I take your privacy seriously and treat all personal data that you provide with respect.
